An unforgettable summer experience on beautiful Charleston Lake renowned for its crystal clear water, variety of wildlife and excellent fishing. Imagine waking up to the sound of loons complemented by a picturesque sunrise. Enjoy the picture-perfect sights of Charleston Lake. Kayak, boat, fish, enjoy dinner on the back deck, watch sunsets & stars, and roast marshmallows by the fire.
The Gally style kitchen with huge island you will love! It comes equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and more. We keep it stocked with cooking essentials like oil and spices. At the back deck, a high-end BBQ is also available to use.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with twin top and bottom bunkbeds, the other has a queen bed. Extra Sleeping space is in the living room with 2 large queen sofa beds. Stay cool with refreshing AC in the warmer months.
Wash-up and feel refreshed with a Hot shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer provided. Then fully unwind on the deck over looking the water. The perfect way to melt away stress.

COTTAGE RULES:
- No Pets allowed.
- There is a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise.
- No parties (parties will result in immediate eviction with no refund).
- All overnight guests must be registered.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted in the unit. This includes vapes and e-cigarettes. Guests will be charged a $500 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit.
- Illegal drugs are not permitted on the property.
- Guests are liable for any and all damage.
- Treat our place with respect - use coasters on the furniture where they are provided and keep the place tidy.
-Upon leaving the cottage at the end of your stay please remove all garbage, dishes to be cleaned and put away, sweep, vacuum and lock doors on your way out.
